Regional update: two additional hospitalizations as a result of COVID
New Cases: There are three new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the Gaspé Peninsula and Magdalen Islands. This brings the total number of cases in the region to 1,679. Nine (+2) individuals are currently hospitalized as a result of COVID-19.
New cases:
- 1 – Bonaventure MRC
- 2 – Rocher-Percé MRC

There are currently 66 active cases in the region:

- Bonaventure MRC – less than 5
- Rocher-Percé MRC – 41
- Côte-de-Gaspé MRC – 10
